CHC: LHP Sean Marshall (0-0, 4.15 ERA)
This would be Carlos Zambrano's turn in the rotation, but he was placed on the 15-day disabled list because of a mild strain in his right shoulder. The good news for the Cubs and Big Z is that there is nothing structurally wrong. Marshall has been starting at Triple-A Iowa, and in his last outing, he threw seven scoreless innings. He gave up a solo homer in the eighth, and picked up the win. Marshall made 19 starts last season for the Cubs.


BAL: RHP Jeremy Guthrie (3-7, 3.51 ERA)
Guthrie continued his strangely dominant season in his last start, when he went eight strong innings and allowed just one run. Still, he received a no-decision for his efforts. Guthrie hasn't gotten much run support this season, but he's worked into the seventh inning in half of his 16 starts and has allowed two earned runs or less nine times.
